Terms & conditions

• Tier acceptance criteria is based on the total rolling 3-month spend on your account. Spend is defined as the total payable amount for an order, after including shipping fee (if any), prevailing government taxes, discounts, vouchers and cashback.
• The number of WAB points earned on your order depends on the tier your account belongs to.
• To earn WAB points for your order, please ensure you are logged in to your account during checkout. WAB points earned on each order are credited into your account once the order is complete.
• WAB points have no expiry, are non-transferable to another account and non-redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
• Where orders are cancelled, or are partially or wholly refunded, the WAB points from the cancelled or refunded amounts are considered unearned and will therefore be forfeited and deducted from your account.
• In cases where unearned WAB points have been applied on orders, we reserve the right to compensation for an equivalent monetary value of the unearned WAB points.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any user’s participation in the WAB Pack program or any WAB points earned and not yet used in the event of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of these Program Terms and Conditions, or at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or amend the Program at any time, by communicating about the change on our website and/or by contacting the users directly.
